We do not host the videos

ReelFetch does not store, copy, re-encode or index Instagram videos on its own servers. It reads a public post on request and hands your browser a route to the file. There is no catalogue of content here to remove, because there is no catalogue.

The material itself remains on Instagram’s systems and is governed by Instagram’s own terms and reporting tools.

What we can do

We can stop the tool from resolving a specific post or a specific account. When a rights holder asks, we add that identifier to a block list so the resolver refuses it before any request reaches Instagram.

What to include in a request

Send the exact post link or account handle, a statement that you own the rights or are authorised to act for the owner, and a contact address for our reply.

Send it to [email protected] with the subject line “Removal request”. This address is a placeholder in the current development build and will be replaced with a monitored mailbox before launch.

For visitors

Being able to download something is not permission to use it. Re-uploading someone else’s video, using it commercially, or removing a creator’s attribution may infringe their rights even where the post is public.
